The Terms and Conditions of Sale is a legal bipartite contract between You being, an individual or corporate customer, user, or beneficiary of this service, and the Service Provider/Vendor in question only and excludes comesum.

In addition, when you use any current or future comesum.com service, you may also be subject to such additional terms, guidelines, and conditions applicable to that Authorised IRCTC E-Catering Partner comesum Service.

Mere browsing or Use of the website in any manner will be subject to the terms and conditions provided herein. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of use, please do not use this site. We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The contents of www.comesum.com and its allied sites, such as text, graphics, images, information obtained from www.comesum.com and its allied sites' licensors, and other material ("Content") contained on www.comesum.com and its allied sites are for informational purposes only.

1.General

• Comesum means the provision of delivery of pre-ordered meals at the seat berth on the train, which includes: –

1. Delivery of Meals as per schedule of train at station.
2. Delivery of Pre-ordered meal along with invoice.

• Customer means Railway passenger.
• Charges means the charges to be paid by the Customer in respect of Comesum services in accordance with charging structure which may be amended by IRCTC from time to time
• Station means Railway station all over Indian Railways network.
• Train means trains operated and managed by Indian Railways.
• Email address and/or mobile telephone with SMS facility is essential for using Comesum service.

2. Comesum services

• All specifications, descriptions, drawings, photographs or illustrations of the meals shown on the website, photograph.
• comesum shall use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the pre-ordered meals with customer at seat/berth on the selected train during the booked meal, but reserves the right to cancel the order due to technical reasons or otherwise in which case an alternative pre-ordered meal with.

3. Charges

• “Charges payable for the Comesum services shall be as applicable for the chosen/selected meal items for pre-order by the customer for delivery at the selected trains. The charges are inclusive of applicable GST and other government taxes “.

4. Terms of Payment

• Customers shall make payment for the comesum services at the time of booking of meal by entering the details of their debit/credit card/net banking on on-line booking form, provided that such debit/credit card/netbanking/e-wallet is listed as acceptable by comesum.
